TUSCANY STYLED SHOOT TERMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Inclusions:
• Full access to the styled shoot, including professional models, venue, and styling.
• Flowers and curated details to recreate an elegant wedding day.
• A soft lunchbox is provided for all participants.
• Expert guidance from the workshop team throughout the event.
2. Exclusions:
• Transportation to and from the venue is not included.
• Accommodation during the workshop is not included.
• Any meals or snacks beyond the provided lunchbox are excluded.
3. Ticket Policy:
• Each ticket is valid for one participant only.
• Tickets cannot be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals.
4. Retainer and Payment Policy:
• A 400 € +VAT deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the workshop.
• All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Portfolio Usage:
• Participants may use all photos/videos captured for personal portfolios.
• Commercial use or publication requires prior written consent from the organizers.
6. Respect and Conduct:
• Respect the schedule, the team, and fellow attendees at all times.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.
7. Changes and Cancellations:
• Organizers reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Organizers have no responsibility in the event that one of the confirmed vendors cancels or changes

• Organizers are not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or travel issues.
9. Intellectual Property:
• All styling and designs remain the intellectual property of Esme Film & Photography
• Credit Esme Film & Photography when sharing content on social media or portfolios.
